Google, FB or Bing Ads?

Hi,
I've been a Nutra Advertiser (offer owner) for many years and rely on publishers/affiliates for run traffic to my offers. In return for sales I pay them a CPA.
Many of the pubs/affs run BH native and social traffic.
I now want to attempt to run my own ads and have basic knowledge of cloaking, pre-landers etc.
Can anyone advise on which platform would be best to start, ie: Google, Fb, Bing etc, along with useful info to help me scale quickly?

If I had to rank based on conversion rate:

1. google
2. Fb
3. Bing

if I have to rank based on difficulty to setup:

1. Bing
2. Google
3. Fb

It will cost you $$$ to set them up for BH campaign, so get prepared…

Thanks for the info, I'll defiantly take that in mind.
I'm ok with spending the $$$ as if I can see profit is good. Just need the know-how

Most of the $$$ will be figuring out how to bypass that early suspension… even if you think you’ve figured it out there always be things that they do to screw us up.

No I am not that pro with advertising especially blackhat, I just got burned a few times to pass those advices
