Hello everyone, I have a question about short videos from YouTube. Does YouTube spam work now, or is this era gone? I have been working in CPA for quite a long time, I decided to test YouTube. So, are there any methods now how to successfully launch from a new blog?

Long form of CPA videos still working fine, but shorts get 0-2 views mostly.

you need to record CPA videos yourself, buying views, etc.
unify stolen videos is not the way to do long form youtube cpa

youtube is all about shorts now days.
If you aren't really updated with the news, Youtube broke Shorts. The reason? The algorithm didn't really know that people are watching shorts and thought that they are just watching making it hard to algorithmize their video stuff so Youtube decides to cut those feature on 2 sides. The Shorts side and the normal video sides. Now the algorithm aren't looking for shorts, just the full content wise. I guess that's where it would start breaking Shorts.

YouTube is also cracking down on fake and spam-user accounts allthough the YouTube community has a zero-tolerance policy for spammers, the platform is no stranger to bad actors
However, yesterday I came across 2 channels that collected a total of one million views in 5 hours. Does this mean that there is some kind of hole in the algorithm? PS 100 identical shorts were posted on the channel at the same time

Yup, YouTube shorts went to sheeet. Started shorts about 1 month ago, everything went quite well, most videos got few hundred views, some tens of thousands. Ofc as a dumb newbie I used reupload method and burned through like 20 aged gmail / YouTube account, all got banned sooner or later. Made like $300 on clickbank.
Now with original shorts videos, channels are up, none to just a few views.
And yes, with aged YouTube channel, top tier country Proxy/IP, you can spam shorts as you see "those channels do" but rest assured the ban is coming soon enough.
If you wanna give YouTube a try, go ahead, but as members suggested in here, you should try a mix of shorts and longer videos. Maybe things will get better with the new update.

That is, you say that if you find old YouTube accounts (and how old are they?), from GEO Europe or the USA, then 100 uploaded shorts will still give views?

I don't know what to tell you, I'm new to YouTube also, but yea older gmail / YouTube accounts seem to get results in views. A few weeks ago before the last update even new accounts with a bit of video SEO would get lots of views.
But trust me on this, Spam won't get you far. My advice if you wanna do CPA or Affiliate Marketing with YouTube, do it the right, legit way.

I did try to do shorts using old youtube account but not getting views. But i guess it varies and using a software to edit it didn't really work well for the metadata or I have been uploading it in the same ip address. Not sure

shorts arnt broken , they just patched the max short vids to 100 max daily .

Really? I had multiple channels with 10 vid daily upload limit, they had decent views. It all stopped around 3 weeks ago.
If shorts are still working for you, maybe give us some hits? We would really appreciate it.
