This method does not seem to work any more because the first part of it has now been changed on quora.
In your examples of researching questions to answer you recommend looking for questions as follows:
“Now, if a question has weekly views between 1,000 - 3,0000
It's good to go.”
However since they changed their ad settings it doesn't seem to pull up many questions that have anywhere near those levels of traffic / views.
I tried with some popular keyword phrases for an offer I wanted to promote on quora and it showed questions with nearly no views at all.
So I then tried to be as broad as I could with keywords – just to see if I could find any questions with a good volume of views – again no really good questions.
For example, I tried the hugely popular, one word keyword “health”. Here's what it showed:
Then I tried another broad keyword, “money”. The results:
A few between 1000 and 3000, but probably WAY to competitive to target.
And finally, let's simple try “sex”. It showed:
The tool no longer shows many questions with higher view volumes, the “views” seem to taper off really quickly now.
Due to quora's ad tool having changed it seems that you're missing a crucial part of this method: Finding questions that actually get decent traffic / views.
To me there are to crucial elements to make this method work. They are the above (questions that get a lot of views), as well as being able to rank as the number 1 answers for those questions.
If you were to accomplish the above, then you might have a method that could probably produce at least moderate amounts of success no matter what offer you were to send traffic to.
