I wonder when you sell something on eBay does eBay hold your money till the seller receive his item or not?

a seller on Ebay and what your ratings. Also, are you aware that Ebay no longer pays you via PayPal, even thought the customer may have paid that way. Now

You can also let the buyer pay via PayPal and let him choose the option for buyers protection, this way both parties are safe

How? You can't take PayPal on eBay. You can only pay with them.
