Journey to rich man

Very good. Keep thinking about that when you see no progress. I had the same thought a few years ago, it's the best motivation.

You just have to keep going. You can't lose if you don't give up.

Failure, failure, failure, failure, massive succes. The more you fail the better you get.

If you are going to learn one skill I would recommend programming. Take some basic python or php classes, enough good free resources out there. It has always helped me with thinking and creating out of the box.

Good luck.
Sure brother I understand.

At the moment I am learning affiliate marketing and CPA marketing.
Because I know even if you have the best product in the world and you don't know how to market it, you won't succeed.
Knowing how to market is extremely important.

You can find it for free on torrents.
If didn't managed to get it, let me know and I will help you.
Yes please tell me how. I was just about to buy it lol

Most definitely, I have Rich dad poor dad, Richest man of Babylon, Think big and grow rich Napoleon hill, the secret and the alchemist also I have relentless and some SEO books including one trading book: intelligent investor. I going through them ATM.
Those are great books to start with. I would also add both the 4 Hour Workweek and the 4 Hour Body, especially since you're incorporating working out as part of your plan, which is by far the most superlative augment to your business/life goals.

I'm really happy to hear you're focusing on your physical health as part of this journey; so many people neglect to do so and don't even realize how much better you feel when you're in the gym consistently. It doesn't only make you physically feel better either, there are just as many positive mental benefits as well. You look better, you feel better, you're more confident, your cognition improves, then this makes you want to work out harder, your mind rejuvenates more efficiently for your business pursuits, and the cycle keeps building on itself as long as you're disciplined and consistent.

I genuinely credit most of my business success with the fact that I have always kept a strict workout and nutrition routine. I try to do something active at least 5 days/week, even if I'm sore and just go for a long walk, it's better than sitting around.

Let me know if you have any questions about the workout/nutrition side of things and I'd be happy to help. If I had a knowledge "specialty" it would definitely be in those areas, and I enjoy talking about those fields and helping people out with them, so I'm at your service :)

Thank for the info! I find that working out helps to clear the mind and keeps the mental side strong as well.

Is there a big difference in walking, jogging and running? And how long is sufficient daily?

Is there a big difference in walking, jogging and running? And how long is sufficient daily?
It really comes down to preference, goals, and the rest of your workout routine. Me personally, I abhor distance running and find it painfully tedious/boring, so I never do it.

I love lifting weights, sprinting (100% for about 10 seconds followed by 30-60 seconds rest), MMA/BJJ, and long walks, so I build my training around all of those:

I aim to get 3 lifting sessions and 3 grappling/MMA training sessions in every week (ideally on alternating days). Since those are high intensity activities and so is sprinting, I only add 1 sprinting session in addition to those each week. You only need an hour of actual training on each day (that's without counting the warmup and any stretching or mobility stuff you do before/after).

On the days that I'm too sore/fatigued and where doing a high intensity session would be counterproductive, I go for like an hour long walk and listen to an audio book, podcast, or some music, and I find this really clears my head and also helps with 'active recovery.' Walking is actually one of the best things you can do to recover from a prior workout and reduce soreness, especially in the lower body. It's enough to get your blood flowing but not too intense where it hinders recovery. It's also great for the mind.

Some people really love distance running though, so I would never discourage it for those people. The most pervasive (and annoying) misconception in regards to running however is the idea that it's the most effective training modality for "losing weight", which has no basis in scientific fact at all. This causes people who don't even like to run to spend hours on the treadmill or elliptical and achieve no positive results in their physique from it.

The best thing one can do if their main goal is to look better with their clothes off (this goes for both men and women) is to lift heavy shit and follow a healthy nutrition protocol. It's not revolutionary, but it works. Diet is by far the most prodigious contributing factor to how much body fat someone carries, but losing a surplus of fat isn't going to make you look that much better if there's no muscle to reveal underneath it. This does not mean someone needs to look like a bodybuilder; far from it. You just need some sort of structural integrity there to optimize your frame and not look weak/frail once the fat comes off.

Like most pursuits in life, the simpler you can make it, the better. Lift heavy, eat nutritious foods, drink mostly water, sprint, walk, jump, climb, stretch, and get enough sunlight and sleep, and you're set.

Thank you very much for sharing so much info. Appreciate it lots. Will stick to walking instead of running (after runs, feel really tired. Walks are ok, still energetic after)

for diet, can’t eat much recently perhaps due to stress.

Wow, lifting and mma. That’s a different level. Thanks again for sharing. It was inspiring .

Quick question. Any advice how to keep the mind sharp, focused and positive throughout the day?

Hey my name is Ridda.elm

I want to begin my journey from a poor man to a rich man.
I'm 20 and a high school dropout who is working several jobs.
And I'm starting my journey to drag myself to a higher level in life.
I am genuinely tired of this miserable life I live.
So that is why I start my journey to better myself.
My goals right now are bettering my English, better body (gym), learning about spirituality and making more money.

I am ready to invest 300,00 and an abundance of time to better myself.
If there are any suggestions please put it in the comments.

And follow me along my journey.

(I will post maybe weekly on here to see my development.)

Have a nice day
well dude good luck on your journey but the path you thinking with so many goals it can be hard at start so my suggestions would be
wake up at 7 am and do meditation for 10-15 mins and do some yoga's for like half an hour (you could just search some basic yoga poses on youtube)
then like go to gym 8 am or 8:10 am and do as instructed or you already know what to do would be amazing.
after freshen up and have some after workout ( well i will suggest fruit juices)
then spend time like 30 mins or 1 hours in writing (for first week it can be anything no need to think about it just write and write it) if feel like it read the things that you wrote.
have 10 mins break and then spend 4-6 hours in learning new things (if you get stuck at something and still didn't get what it is even after searching for hours it's better to leave it but write it down) and continue what you were doing.
then after doing this learn some musical instrument or some physical task( if you already know some instrument but learn something new).
then at around 8:30pm or so read books (it can be of any genre or niche) try to read like 10-15 pages daily.
then after dinner go for like walks (10-15mins would be great) well walk not only for digestion but to think and to look surroundings!

if you think anything is wrong in this then you can leave suggestions, but according to me it is great for at least like 15-25 days!

well, best of luck in your journey, better not get distracted in between it is a common thing in humans to get distracted between important tasks so don't get disappointed easily!

Quick question. Any advice how to keep the mind sharp, focused and positive throughout the day?
by writing down the problems it will help to not focus on that thing and your brain will be free from that task for a while and always having a positive thought well its easy to get that thought deleted so have something motivational quotes or pics around you and yeah have a bonzai plant or other plants near you and have a soft light it helps sometimes

Thank you for sharing these methods. I’ll try them esp the writing down and having something motivational close by. Much appreciated for your thoughts.

Just don't give up, this is the hardest thing to do. You will feel down, tired, and even want to kill your self. You have to go on and work.
Perserverence pays off.
