On your website it says "Traffic Sources: Advertisement redirects from Google Search" so it could be even 10 seconds and no watchtime guaranteed? At this point, but I say this absolutelly without any polemic (just trying to understand better) it would be better for me to do an adsense campaign by myself (at least I can use specific keywords).
I ask, maybe I misinterpreted.
On the other hand, if I go to the watchtime section, I cannot specify Japan as country (..and I'm only interested in Japan), am I wrong?

You are right, it's from ads so watchtime can be 10 hours or 10 seconds, it's up to the people. We don't have any japan watchtime service at the moment.
