When I look something up on upwork(dot)com. An example is "seo". Which of the above 3 should I choose to search for better service than fi*err?

Post a job as normal people do.
Wait until you get 50-80 proposals, skim through the crap like "hello sir/dear, i do good job, etc" and interview the rest.
 
easiest is probably youtube + CPA

I dont really sell on fiverr anymore, but fiverr is the shit full of hungry customers.

Upwork is good too, but its like, you cant find your way. I once needed to get something done and i looked on upwork, and i found someone who may be able to do it. I couldnt figure out how to send a message to the person.

Upwork is a piece of crap to me. It always repulsed me. Cant figure out which way is up and which way is down on there.

So if its between these two, go on fiverr. Youll have an easier life.

But if its not between them, then use both. Assuming you can figure out how to do anything on shitwork.
 
Choose the direction of earnings. Study it for a few months and then become a curator of the chosen direction and everything will go for you
 
Check the IM journey section. There are many successful journeys. Select one that is in line with what you are interested in and get started.

Do you want a job in the real world or in the virtual world?
 
Work at a job and then do business in that sector yourself.
 
At first choose a sector where you are interested to work then grow you skill on it and research on it. Hope you can earn your expected amount.... But you must be a dedicated person
