My experience... Got my account limited.
Purchased a vcc from this provider, paypal required a four digit code and he said that they didn't send one. Ok fine, lets try another vcc.
So that is what I did, he supplied me with another vcc and my account got limited. Didn't ask for a 4 digit code this time, just got the account limited. Had the account verified with a bank account, just wanted to increase the limits. Such as the $500 monthly withdrawal limit.. So now I have to wait the 180 days. As I can't confirm his vcc..

your account got limited. you can blame anything but thats not because of VCC. Y? because if there is anything wrong with VCC, you should have got your account limited when you used first vcc only. They won't let you wait for days and use second one and I've buyers using my vcc frequently, without any problems which proves its working fine. And about expuse no., paypal is the one to send me code. I am just to tell you. If I've not got, how would I tell you. you should contact them for this, and also ask them the reason of limitation, so that you know the original reason and don't blame others.

So I am blaming you for getting my account limited and for good reason. Do you think it is a sheer coincidence that the account was limited the same day?
They are asking for vcc and address confirmation, that doesn't mean its because of vcc. For every limited account for any reason they ask for these details.vcc doesn't gets your account limited. This might be your fake address if you used for paypal.

I agree on this point. I have had many experiences with paypal limited accounts lol.... and i can surely say this is not due to vcc.
