My Payoneer account was closed today

That’s what happened. It’s prohibited. Payoneer might have gotten the hint from the person you sent the Payoneer funds to buy crypto.

Maybe he attempted to buy the cryto and it didn’t go through. He was refunded and in the refund transaction a memo attached suggested it was for crypto purchase.

Try to check if the account you sent Payoneer fund to is still active. It’s probably being clos

It happened the same thing to me. I fought for my funds for a couple of months. I hate those big ass companies where they even hide "support" option so people cannot contact them. And in the chat there is always someone from 3rd country, saying the same script over and over again. Anyway, fight for your money, if you know you didn't do anything wrong. My reason was that I didn't send some documents even tho I did but they just didn't check for months! Tip to use for them in chat: Ask for supervisor, I went like "Karen" mode, because I knew it was nothing to do with me, I did everything they asked from my side. After a couple of days of persistence, they contacted me with their supervisor, not a regular copy-paste chat guy, and he solved everything in 1 hour or less.

I will try this . It's really annoying. They are telling me it's gonna take 6 months before my money is released and I asked how they intend to do that without a payoneer account. Its really plain annoying. Thanks a lot.

That problem can fixed by getting a real US bank account but you have go to the US and its more paperwork for non residents.

I think
Payoneer have "Random Account Ban Bot", each day someone is pushing the button and 100 accounts banned with no reason.
Then they hide behind some internal rules and they tell they cannot restore the account ;)
Payoneer is very well know for banning accounts and stealing thousands of dollars, read stories in Google

On Wise, you can open bank accounts on different currencies Instantly. I have never had a fund transfer problem with Wise.

I heard a story that a person committed suicide because Payoneer block their account for no reason it had thousands of dollars on it.If this is true that is really evil.
 
Been using Payoneer for years, in fact when they come out.

Over years they were good. started with them as a freelancer and switch to IM.

Just last year I saw in a Facebook group that other ppl accounts were being blocked for no better reason.

You will see similar stories like yours.

I had a lot of funds saved there. I got all the money I had with them out as soon as I can. Cause the thought of seeing this bad news scared me.

Created a dollar account with my local bank and put it all there. It's better than having my money in an offshore account and getting it taken by them.

Eventually, they blocked my account a few days after I got all my money out. Just for receiving revenue from my affiliate network.

Now I only use Wise to receive payment from my networks and as soon as it hit my Wise account I withdraw to my local dollar account.

The button line I don't trust these online financial companies anymore.

Hope you get your funds back.

People need to call them out. I would have probably done same if I had a lot of money in there. It's crazy
