My Payoneer account was closed today

I feel terrible. I tried to contact them and they said something about their terms and conditions. I have some funds in there I use for payments online and now all that will be frozen for the next 6 months.

Plus they said I could not open a new account, although the email says otherwise. Has anyone gone through this, is there an alternative to get a bank account that could be linked to affiliate programs like JVZoo, W+ and Amazon KDP, and Clickbank? I need some advise on the way forward from here.

If you are very very sure you didn't break any terms then write to all financial regulatory institution in the US especially those that are in charge of them and tag Payoneer.

I use Payoneer, it is very integral for my business seeing news like this makes me feel sad and worried.

This is unfair that banks can wake up one day and decide to block your access to your hard earned funds, that's very very bad.

Why don't you use wise, but you need to be carefull with that also because i read sometimes they also just close the accounts for no reason.

In their terms and conditions, purchasing crypto with a debit card is %100 allowerd, but sending money from a payoneer to payoneer account (make-a-payment service), and purchasing crypto with that money is not allowed!

I suspect I broke their terms when I sent funds to someone who was supposed to convert to BTC. But Payoneer did not deem it fit to actually tell me if what I assume is true. All the chat personell said was that there is nothing on my account that explains in detail only that I broke the terms.
