Best platform to built a dating site?

I'm thinking Wordpress, but as most traffic is now mobile I'm wondering if there are more specialised platforms that give more of an 'app' feel.
Has anyone seen any platforms that specialise in dating sites? Or have any suggestions that may be helpful?

Me, I'm looking into PH7, it's free, looks great. Any opinions? It's my first dating site but I have a GREAT domain. I expect it to be very lucrative.

A web app could be a good solution, although I'm not sure I like the template's for this particular one. Are you going for it?

Honestly, I don't recommend to go for anything related with PHP to create a dating platform.
If you have the budget I suggest you to go with Python Django, or React & Node for the backend. It will bring you more scalability.

What shell code are you talking about? Ofcourse PHP is safe and its actually pretty fast these days.

I know companys in the survey business with hundreds of requests per minute and it works out....

There are a ton of existing dating platform scripts on codecanyon if you want to check them out. You're in a competitive space though so I'm not sure how much you're committed to this.

There is no better choice than WordPress

WordPress is the easy and fast route, BUT when you create a site which needs a huge database with many unique features and custom user fields, it would be much better and quicker to create it yourself. I go with PHP, but in this day and age .net might be the key.
