is this throttling by my ISP?

when i get some good speeds going with utorrent, i loose connection, then i simply unplugg my router and plug it back in and problem solved for the next 5 minutes. Do i need a faster more capable router is my ISP causing this problem?

port forwarded with pfconfig and no luck same shit keeps happening.

i think it's my wireless router. i have no problems when i connect to my router via Ethernet cable. only when i connect via wifi.

comcast just won there case with the FCC allowing them to throtal torrent traffic. I would guess that the rest of the big ISP's are following suit.
