So I was selling stuff via goods and services. After 2 weeks, the customer decided to claim a refund.
I already transfered the money, but now im negative. Can I just let it be and create another ghost paypal or do i have to face the consequences?

The issue with goods and services for digital products is that the buyer can always claim they didn't receive the goods... It IS you being scammed, but it's more PayPal being lousy.

Gotta roll with the punches unfortunately, or run away from PayPal.

Is it physical goods or services, as in SEO or anything of that nature? You can show screenshots of what you have delivered. Their customer service number is 1 (888) 221-1161. I wish you luck.

If the amount is big enough, you can send an empty box with tracking number to the scammer's address and it should show as received to paypal. Then it will be closed in your favour.
