Help with Threshold account

Hello and Good day to all,
Recently i learned how to run Google ads for my Own Physical product, but i got an Average CPC of 5$ +/- .
Thinking of Buying Threshold account, 100$ account and you get 350$ threshold.
I want more information about how to buy and how to use it, and what precautions should i take.
Some points that crossed my mind are
1) IF i buy usa threshold, will i need proxy - i m from India, and target is also India.
2) what are the chances of getting banned,
3) Can i run ad for my product from other threshold account.
4) till what time i can use this 350$ . like what is the Expiry.

yes you need account country proxy

90%. Google smart to detect. Better buy vcc and create account yourself.

You must use that within month.

I don't think there is any threshold account running in India these days.

Yes you can but my suggestion is use different landing page domain on each new threshold. You can use free domain from freenom.
