Most of the time that is not required, as I have got my own traffic on both platforms, we're usually generating our own revenue from this traffic doing multiple things i.e. e-com, monetizing it in every way possible.
Although recently I have started to entertain clients and I find them on Instagram manually, for now I am working with young talent, I find them and offer them a social media fanbase of there own and then I grow it for them and get them work from which we take our percentage of revenue.

It's a rough biz, from the excitement of seeing your stuff go viral to seeing your accounts getting disabled, managing the team, keeping our partners happy, but I enjoy what I do!
