Following yours and other guy's recent journey on PAA, to compare in some way who will get some decent results faster

Yes I did blast them in a go. More pages have indexed and also they are ranking in top 100,50 and 30 .
Not much movement but I will post an update with GA screenshots soon.Is there any movement in GA already or is it still quite empty?
Following yours and other guy's recent journey on PAA, to compare in some way who will get some decent results faster
I actually hired a dev and he did everything from development to training model and integration.

Don't forget about local monetization....
My approach:
PAA to build huge amounts of authority
Location pages to rank and rent/sell leads
A site with 1,000+ posts on gutters/gutter cleaning would outperform most websites in terms of content, I doubt any local sites really have this amount of content for 1 niche. Add in location pages which should get nice boost cause of authority, rank them etc.

for example mediavine, however you need some traffic first to be accepted there.
they require a minimum of 50,000 sessions in the last 30 days.
