35K Casino Email List - How to Monetize?

I have had an email list of around 35K casino players that I have done nothing with for a couple of months. Most of the players are EU based and the rest of them are from all over. How could I monetize this list?

Note: The email list is not opt in. I know this is not great, so I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.

couple of ways to monetise something like this. One would be blandly keep promoting offers through random ips of pen name or choose one and try to build a rappot with the list by offering value. Many will be pissed and unsubscribe for spamming etc. but you can get rid of them and have a good list of leads who actually want to listen to your offers
