You can buy it from someone who has it (owners of websites, applications, and so on). Or the classic version - push, pop-up and other formats on the respective platforms.

Cheap so profitable. You have to be vague with it then trim it down to what works after analyzing the stats. I only touched 2 traffic sources out of many but got my first big payment from max bounty. I even told them where it came from when they asked since it was so much traffic and it was fine with them. You still have to know what you’re doing (don’t send adult traffic to certain offers etc.) so read everything when you’re sending traffic to whatever offer. I plan to scale when I have the time.
What I learned about traffic: test test test, nothing is a click & done deal. Yes you can try quora & pinterest but you still have to get your hands dirty to see what gets attention such as the right image + text. Look at what other people are doing and form a plan of action. I’d like to call it A-Z testing lol.

You can generate CPA traffic through popads, pushads, ppc ads, social media, seo. There's just too many ways to generate traffic for coa offers. Just make sure you have a decent budget. Also try to purchase a training course for Traffic generation or atleast hire a mentor to personally train you. If you're looking for specific traffic sources. You can Google " Best [Insert Traffic Type] in 2022 for example "Best Push Ad Networks in 2022 or Best PPC Ad Networks in 2022 etc. I hope this advice helps you in your online journey.
