No I don't think he has returned to the site and is actively avoiding it so as not to get banned. As he was made well aware that he was being shit listed.

if he is avoiding it, wouldnt that mean that he WILL be banned then? thats what the shitlist thread states. If he didnt reply in 48 hrs he would be banned. But hes not... and still able to sell here.

I think they wait for them to actually see the message on the site. I'm not sweating it. If the guy sends the money any time soon then I won't care.
But if the shit list doesn't work, I'll harass paypal and get his paypal shut down. If that doesn't work, I'll go to visa or whoever did the transaction. He should have just kept his word and refunded it. I'll make this guy get a new identity if he doesn't do the right thing. The client already gave up on me so I got nothing to lose anymore. I'm pissed about that but that's my fault for trusting this jerk. If I don't see the money in my account in a couple weeks then I'll start my own scorched earth policy with the info I have.

Not that I know of but the person running it said they would issue a refund to me and that was over a month ago. So I shitlisted them and now they are hiding from their responsibilities. Ask for an order maybe the guy will show up and refund me.
