Need help! twitter url problem, twitter auto delete website url!!!!

when i post my website domain in twitter, if i buy a new domain, twitter won't delete it , but after i spam for some time, the twitter will delete it after one minutes, so i can't search my url in twitter, need a solution.

seems like twitter has url white list?

and i have tried short link, but twitter can detect where the short link lead to, for example i use a short link ,when i post in twitter , in the twitter card , it still show my main domain.

i think twitter can detect redirect link.
