Sweatcoin Trash or Gold

Let's start with a disclamer first.
I'm a complete dingoes as it comes to crypto, however I have accumulated a bunch of sweatcoin. On their marketplace you can trade it for some useless items, courses etc.
They should launch in September as a cryptocurrency, so my question is "What's your opinion on it?"
It seems to me like another useless shitcoin but due to my lack of experience in this field I may be wrong.

like most shitcoins, they will need to understand how to keep the "coin value" high while people/bots will be constantly cashing out

It's stil in Beta atm and it's not that easy to get in.

I think this one failed because you needed to purchase a NFT in order to use the app and get coins. For some people that initial investment is too much.

Does Sweatcoin have the same mechanics?

It's altcoin or shitcoin, call as you want, but it's too risky. Also in bear market where 90% same coins will be dead.

Good example STEPn with their GST and GMT. A lot of people lost money there.
