How to start earning from flipping!

I am not saying good money, I said money. That can be any amount.

I rather write my own articles... Saves me money, money I don't have on my PayPal. ;)

Wow yet again... stop begging people on how to make money...
This is your 2nd thread about something like this...
And your sig as well?
Dude, go to the downloads section and have a look around...
Stop wasting people's time.

Wasting time is a risk you take when entering a thread. So get over it. If you don't have time then what are you doing in my thread & replying? You obviously had enough of your "precious" time to write a reply.

Flipping sites isnt that hard. I agree that making that initial revenue is key in getting a higher sale price. If you can come up with a way to earn a little... and i mean just a little from a site for a couple of days, you can extrapolate that revenue to the rest of the month when posting your auction. For example, if you can earn $1 for a couple of days, then list your site as $30 monthly revenue. Do the same with traffic. BUT... how to get that $1 in earnings for a couple of days is the real question.

Flippa will not allow you to do that any more. You cannot claim a monthly income in the way that you described.

I don't see how they could stop you honestly. But, if it is the case and flippa has some magic eye knowing how much your site is earning, you can simply put the total earnings since the site started. Then, in your description tell bidders that the site has made $3 per day for 3 days and let them extrapolate themselves.

if it was that easy to make $168 in 2 months from adsense ,,i would rather focus on my adsense earnings and make it even bigger instaed of flipping..

Well Guys here comes the big question from mine side. As i am a noob and never did siteflipping. But after reading this thread i am curious to know the worth of my site. SIMPLY ASKING IT OUT OF CURIOSITY.

My domain is related to seo and have the keyword seo in my domain name. The domain name contains only 5 letters and is a premium domain.

Right now its alexa is 589,630

So please give me appraisal about the worth of my domain at flippa??
(approx)

Thanks in advance. Looking forward to hear from you guys.

Regards

@internalsoul
Sounds pretty promising. Are you earning anything from the domain at this point? What type of site is built on the domain? At this point, based on your Alexa rank im gonna say you can get at least 200-300 bucks. May be more depending on the site.

@imike.. to be very frank. My domain is sitting ideal for about 1 months. I bought it on january. My developer is busy and away, so waiting for him to come back. In that mean time i have started a blog and using that.. Nothing else.

I am not earning from my domain. Wll momentize it later once everything is complete.

It seems that with an Alexa rank like that you are getting some traffic right? Why wait to monetize the site? Seriously, you have nothing to lose by monetizing now even while you are still working on the site. Unless it is truly in an under construction state id say go ahead and monetize it. Every cent of earnings will help raise the sale price when you flip it.

THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION. I will do it today only.

From my point of view when it comes to flipping website, it comes to selling hope. If you know how to sell ( good copy) you will make a nice amount of money. People buy websites hoping that they will earn fast cash from them. They don't want to learn how to make money, they want a turn-key system that is already bringing a revenue. This is what you have to sell: a mindset that relays on the FUTURE PROFIT!

You make a valid point but I would argue this is mainly with lower end sites (below $1000) where there is a huge pool of buyers and you can sell them more gimmicks.

When you hit a higher level of buyer your sales copy changes as generally you are hitting a more mature buyer who isn't necessarily encouraged by incentives (such as NO RESERVE, FREE HOSTING) which often work on lower end sales.

To be successful long-term you also need to be honest: it is important not to lie in your sales copy. It is fine to sell targets "make $50 a day" but not "guarenteed $1000 a day" - as obviously the latter will get you in trouble :)

I was probably rated 1/5 because it isn't that easy.
If it was that easy your sig probably wouldn't say "Goal: Make $389 in less than 3 weeks, PM me, I need advice... :("

Site revenue is the main factor in flipping. I listed my site with 2000+ organic UV which generated only $5 from google adsense as i used adsense only(it is on gaming niche and can be used to promote CB product). Though the BIN price is low, the auction is not seem promising to me. So here is the lesson, Flip site which are already making at least $100+ per month.

now what we should prepare before having a site flipped is great images, some article, video which niche targeted, also make a backlink.

how to bost the sell price is revenue /month, traffic and PR.

that is my conclusion, any other opinions?
