About domain lending

Hello, i do adult affiliate marketing. i buy domains to lend my links. because you know affiliate links are too long and i buy domain like tiktokxxx com and promoting my tiktokxxx com domain. and lending to my affiliate link.

i dont know how to create subdomain like tiktokxxcom/freeregister exh. i mean i want to add / and add some words and i want to lend it to my affiliate links.

is there anyone who know how to create this links? thank you

What you want is a custom link right? There are plugins to do it.

You have to create a folder with that name and put an index.php file there. In the index.php you have to put your affiliate link.

Yes everything before domain is subdomain, everything after / is just another folder on web server and now depends what You use like said
