Because i have many earning sites with sweeps and stuff like surveys that pay like 2.5€ per survey. Means i can get like 10€ per ip.

All that is mostly automated too.

I wouldnt pay that much ofc. I would be willing to pay like 0.5€ per ip or so...

Im not depending on that. It was a nice thing to have those extra bucks, but i rather make fiverr rn and earn there quite well.
