Should I delete my disavow list or leave it?

I was reading some threads that suggest you should never use the disavow list. But I didn't find an answer to the question: what if I already uploaded one?
Is it better to delete or leave it and never touch it again?

if those are dead and irrelevant backlinks means then disavow them why don't want to disavow them?

If anything irrelevant and spam or any unwanted links, just disallow them. If not, then you need of it

There are some threads where is recommended to never use the disavow list (unless you are penalized by google), like this one:

if you are already uploaded it just go with the process next time you think twice and do the disavow process

Just see the analysis of the current process and do the next step

If its done, then its good cause you might have added irrelevant links in the list ,its better you leave they get removed. And start to add links that are relevant and gets you more organic results.

You should remove irrelevant and bad backlinks as it is harmful for your website.Because these backlinks also reduce the ranking of your website.
