For past week or so whenever I post anything, IG automatically removes it after couple of minutes due to violation of community guidelines... However, I would ask them to review it right away and within couple of minutes, it is cleared and post is back on my page? Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Thanks.

the joke is that the title of this post is
"Am I Shadow Ban"
So I am taking it off context and saying that maybe yes your name is Shadow Ban but why will his parents name him that lol

Probably Insagram shadowbanned you or some people reported your page so whenever you post sth Instagram deletes it. To get rid of this make your followers engage with your account. Make them to like comment and save your posts

Check your hastags, make sure you are not using prohibited hastags, stop posting for 1 week (that hwas worked for me in the past), dont put your hastags in the comment section and if nothing works then I would recommend you to contact support for further assistance

maybe you are using wrong hashtags at first or your audience doesnt make enough engagement with your posts. If you got shadowbanned the best way to lift it is increase the engagement on your page
