Exactly. It's best to use a private distributor or you own.
 
They still have to perform the take downs the stores to order them.
But most dont take your money

Do you mean the amount of streams per track/album/artist/Distrokid account? What are the maximum streams that you run through a single distrokid account/artist?
 
what platforms pay for non premium streams? I only heard Spotify does (ofc less than premium streams) and YouTube music doesn't. Someone knows more about other platforms?

how to make free streams on apple ? I think you need an Account for playing music there, or do you mean they pay even the free 30s preview
The preview does not get paid. I'm not sure if streams in free trial month get paid.
