Finding people on facebook/twitter/IG

I believe its name only.....
The issue is i have a name and picture but still can't find them. What if they don't use their real name on social media, how do I use the picture then?

Try finding their full name from google first, maybe their school or anything related to them. Then search from the posts/following/followers.
Will be great if you know one or two of their relatives' social media.
Try to search their full name, full name with abbreviation (i.e: John Will Harris -> John W. Harris, J. Will Harris, John Will H., J. W. Harris, something like that), child name, or maybe if you know what's their faves, you can add that to the keyword too (this sometimes work if you search for username).
If you have some picture, you can quickly search them with google image (i believe this is the name), just drop the picture there, and google will do their job.
