Web 2.0 questions.

Hey guys, I'm trying to understand the use of web 2.0. I've read some nice detailed guides on the forum but still, I have some questions about this.
1. Do free Web 2.0s domains, such as abcxyz.blogspot.com get indexed by google? Are there any methods to get them indexed faster?
2. Is web 2.0s will help me rank better with some super easy - easy keywords (my money site is quite powerful, most of the super easy keywords will rank in the top 10 after a while)?
3. I'm planning to blast those web 2.0s links with GSA and scraped content as tier-2 links (money site - web 2.0s (T1) - GSA links (t2). Any tips on this?

1. I've seen such links indexed, but don't waste your time with them cause they're useless
2. if your domain is so strong that it automatically ranks long tails on page 1 you don't need web 2.0s anymore
3. make the T2 content at least 75-80% unique. You won't get penalized regardless, but if the content is unique you might at least get something good out of those web 2.0s if you have 1000s of them... and IF they index and stay indexed, because AFAIK web 2.0s either get deindexed, nofollow'd, or your content is outright deleted or your account closed after some time. Which is another reason not to waste your time with these websites beyond getting a few of them for diversity... so yeah, try making the content unique if you can, that's the only tipi I can think of at the moment

*To add a filter between bulk low quality links and your money site
*To Get control between low quality links and your money site, like if you blast software links to your web2 and if something went wrong, you can simply remove your money site links from your web2 and you are safe.

In my experience, com domains rank much faster. What is even funnier some websites treat some domains as spam. For example if you try to pin something on pinterest that is using xyz domain, it will likely reject the pin as spam post. So, from now on I am sticking to com domains.

Of course, but to be clear, I'm building an e-commerce website, and I'm not looking to rank high with difficult keywords. My main goal is to get traffic & customers from lots of different easy keywords by publishing 50+ products per day.
So, my problem here is: high quality paid PBNs links are too costly to buy for every single KW, and cheap ones might result in my site getting penalized by Mr.G. Is there any better way to do this?

.com is the way to go, in my business, everyone uses .com domains. I think it is the most common and trusted kind of domain. And the other type of domains are just purely for spammy and short-term uuses

the better way is by attaching a blog to your ecom and publishing 2-3 articles a weak, targeting long tail keywords that are related to your products (well, to some of them since you have so many), and then link to the products (or rather, to the categories of those products) from within the blog posts.

Do this for 1 year and your traffic and sales will snowball in no time...

100% agreed. This is what I would do if I were you. Every product solve a particular problem. If you can write about these problems, can cover the pain points of the customers, you will have a large amount of quality content on your blog. Then back this up by some guest posting, some social media posts, engagement in related forums and you start gaining traction.
