Please look at your thread's title "Looking to RENT Google Ads account".
When a person is RENTING out a Google Ads account, that person is paying in real (making payments) for ads to run in the account.
Later here you mentioned "I spend 10k and have to pay 2-3k".
So, do you mean that ABOVE the 10k spendings, you would pay 2-3k as the rent for the account usage ?
Or, is it that you are not looking for renting an account, but you are looking for churn & burn threshold type of Google Ads account(s), so that on say every 10k as ad spending, you pay a TOTAL of 2-3k ?
You need to be clear about your requirement.
