Yeah, the narrator software got so good these days you won't be able to tell that's machine speaking.

For the image: there's a lot of software that allows you to draw visuals.

Make a facts channel. There is no need to show face and it can go viral also. It will work also for shorts.

just because you dont like your voice doesnt mean others will
and mics are a dime a dozen and dont cost much to replace .

You can download videos rain videos from pexels.com and audio from orangefreesounds.com . Everything there is free, you can edit them and make 1 or 2 hours loop video. Upload it on youtube and do some marketing to promote the video.

Create videos in a niche in which you have passion and interest. Because, YouTube is a marathon and not a sprint. You need to nurture your channel like a baby. One or two viral videos may increase your view count and subscriber count but only momentarily. You need consistent views and subscribers.

You should start with selecting your niche first.

Almost any niche can be used for making videos without showing your face.

You can use infographics, animation, simple slides, etc. for presenting your video.

But I would recommend using your voice at least because that way the videos will be better. You can use audacity to make a richer and deeper voice. I used it and it improved my audio quality greatly.
