Privacy? How private you mean? Any hardware wallet, metamask, trust is enough. You don't need kYC at all

I use Trust wallet to store BTC and SOL and WEIpay to store WEI crypto. I'd really recommend storing your coins in the wallets, it's much safer than an exchange
