I got a suspension in my adwords account, i have a ecommerce store 100% WhiteHat, if i put same domain in other account i will be blocked too? Adwords blocks a domain?

But i not got banned because of domain, i got banned because of my billing method, suspicious payment, in multiple accounts, i've running other blackhat offers too.

Do not use the same domain. Not at all.
If you want to advertise the same website from multiple accounts, you should buy a lot of cheap domains, find good tld offers here: https://tldes.com/

There is many different ways to do this, I will mention 1 style

1. On these domain, you either upload a pre-landing page where you placing a link that takes the user to your real ecommerce website.

matter fact let me give you another one,

2. You download/clone that specific page you want to send the customer to, download it easily by right clicking and select "Save page as", edit the links so they are pointing to your real domain. Now upload this site to all domains u bought. Easy as that.

And if you use your brain and imagination, you might come up with even better solutions.

One can use a domain in account after account in Google Ads. But, sometimes in certain (random) cases, after some multiple such usages, the domain does get flagged in their system (sometimes).

"Suspicious Payments" suspension in fact does not only refer to your billing method. You can receive that suspension even if your domain is not old enough. A domain might be usable again, but you can only try. For this change the URL of your landing page and best is to use accounts that can die in the worst case. If you receive a "Malicious Software" suspension, then the chance is higher that the domain is negatively affected. And it also depends on your domain (age, tld, whois details, nameserver, pagerank, etc.) and in fact there are domains like ebay.com or amazon.com that will never get blocked, even if they are used among many different accounts that get suspended. Nowadays so many unjustified suspensions happen and it does not matter whether you advertise white or black hat. They don't really care about you if you don't spend millions per month and they don't care that you as a person is banned for lifetime, because you didn't watch enough Youtube videos to warm your account first.

Are you sure about that? I have heard that if a domain gets blocked then it'll also get removed from the search result and you can never use it again.

This is how it ends when you run single adwords account, don't know how to make another ones and have to guess things and believe forum experts when first problem occurs.

Learn how to make multiple google ads accounts, focus on that, When you do, just test it on two accounts, get banned, reuse domain on whitehat campaign, see what happens. It will take minutes ans you'll have more knowledge than you would if you read whole forum twice.

Wait over three months and try to put it again in another account. Still, results are uncertain better not to use it.
