Need to start FB ads, to buy already made one or create from zero?

Hello,
I have a new company in US that I need to run some fb ads. Now solution are two or I create a new account in FB and start run fb ads or to buy already made one with business manager and all.

What do you advice and why?

If to start from zero I think will be some block due the fact that accoutn is new.

Depending on which ads you will promote. If you strictly follow the rules of Facebook, it is better to run ads on your account. If you are not sure that you can fully comply with the rules, then it is better to run ads on purchased accounts, since you will be banned anyway, and purchased accounts are just a consumable. And in order not to waste a lot of time and energy, you just buy a new account.

you should buy accounts that are old, warmed up, and have a spending history. These accounts will be stronger and stable for running ads, especially when you advertise for the black hat.
