I've been trying to quit smoking for a while and I feel like that day is today.

I've been smoking for 6 years when i try to quit feeling like my lungs need smoke and nicotine tricking my mind.

in last 6 month i changed a lot myself:
Going to gym
Eating only healthy foods
64 kg to 72 kg cuz of gym

Also improved my self on sem and python. Like working more than 75h on week.

I will write what i feeling in this thread.

First 72 hour will be sucks but i'm sure will have mindset for pass this.

Good luck who is trying to quit smoke.

The purpose is quitting like this shits i don't wanna be addicted another unhealthy things for quit smoke but thanks :D
Different types of nicotine give different outcomes.

When I vape, my energy levels drop.
When I put on a nicotine patch for 24 hours, my energy levels are through the roof.

Something is better than nothing.
I recommend you sleep the 72hours off, as you will be very moody.

Genuinely think it's time for BHW group therapy

We can do this ladies... I have to breathe three times before I feel like I've got a breath in, cutting down the past few weeks.

Little bit off topic, but try throw a bit of CBD into the mix for the moodiness

You increased weight because of going to gym (64kgs to 72kgs) ? Or is it 72kgs to 64kgs ?
Pardon me for seeking a clarification, because an "eye for detail" is the most critial aspect (nowadays) for success in internet marketing (with or without nicotine, though).

My role model is Carl Jung

He was still smoking at 87

I don't want to die healthy either

Good luck man. I’ve known plenty of people that have quit smoking and all of them gained weight in the first 6 months. It’s very common.

Just keep focused and don’t give up. Life will test you, just take it one day at a time.

Thank you doing my best..

It's been a few years since I quit smoking. Boy, it was hard but definitely worth it. Good luck on your journey.
