In WordPress, Publish it as a Page. Then, go to settings>reading. Here you will find the "homepage displays" option. Select the static page on the dropdown and choose your created page. Done.

Convert the post to page (make sure you will delete + empty the trash). Use the same slug for the page as it was used for the post. If there is any category/blog inside the slug, you can 301 it (301 yoursite.com/blog/post-name > yoursite.com/post-name). After you created the page (1:1 content with the post) access Settings>Reading>Your homepage displays>(mark) A static page> Select your new page as the homepage.

Try using a plugin named Post Type Switcher. It will help you convert a post into a page.

there are plugins that can turn posts into pages, as @sageshark said, but in all honesty you can just copy-paste the post into a page and then delete the post. It's not hard and you won't have to bloat your site even more with another plugin

I cant copy. there is many custom fields and other stuff. then I asked this.

ok, in this case use a plugin. But in fairness to me, you never mentioned this in your OP, which is why I assumed you were trolling

@Blackwindow I noticed that the plugin Post Type Switcher has not been updated since a year in Wordrepss repository. However it can still do the job without any problem for you.
I did further search for the similar plugin and found there is this one Custom Post Type Changer By Andolasoft. It is a less popular plugin but has been updated only 2 months ago. So we can consider it as a latest one.
Its up to you to decide which one you would like to go with.
