Welcome, I wanted to ask what is your best way to scrape proxies for free?
I really want to learn abut cracking and im very interested but i really have big problem finding proxies, i dont have no accounts and no money im here to find knowledge

You can scrape your own own proxies using GSA proxy scrapper but I am not sure if this is actually ethical.
