Need help.

Hello everyone. I'm a new member of this forum and want to ask a question. But before that some basic info about me:

- I'm 23 years old (male) and live in Central Europe
- English is my second language
- This year I dropped out of college and now I'm trying to find a job
- After finding a job I would like to focus my free time to create online income by helping people solve their problems
- I've been reading many books regarding online business and watched lots of content on YouTube, also before creating this account I had visited BHW countless times to read threads about Seo, IM, Blogging, etc.
- Currently I have no skills that I can use to make money (Just knowledge and Analysis paralysis)

My question is:

Seasoned members of this forum, what skill set should I acquire to make as much progress as possible?

Hello and welcome to this forum.

The only skill you need, in my opinion, is the learning skill.
Internet marketing is very dynamic and learning skill is the main skill.

If you like to solve a problem then i think it would be a good idea to choose a niche and specialize on it
Because the way how internet marketing works its by creating content in your niche ,answer questions ,provide value etc
The way you need to choose your niche its that you need to be your passion to learn and share knowledge with people
For example you can choose diabetes niche because its great and you have a lot of products to choose and it sells very well ,but if you dont have any interest in it you will quit very fast
You can go to clickbank and go to marketplace section ,there you will see products in a lot of categories and you can choose a niche based on your interest ,it will give you ideas
After that you can promote everywhere
You can create a blog and post articles in your niche and have your affiliate link offer inside your blogs
You can also create a youtube channel and have your link in description
Post content on social media like : tiktok ,pinterest ,yt shorts ,fb and instagram reels ,
Use forums to answer people questions in your niche ,use fb groups etc

If you don't mind, May I ask why you Dropped?

There are many things that made me drop college. But 2 of them made the biggest impact.

One of them is that I stopped enjoying it and every lecture was unbearable. I felt like I wasn't learning anything. It was always the same. Learning hundreds of pages and after exams I barely remember what I studied. No practical things. Subjects that had nothing with my course. It was as if my knowledge was 10km wide and 10cm deep. Nothing specific.

The second is that I was too comfortable. Living day by day. After lectures ended, I was watching videos on Youtube, then shows on Netflix, and then mindless scrolling through Reddit or Facebook, almost no real contact with others for months. I was living inside my shell of a comfort zone. My social skills deteriorated. During Covid it was horrible. I wasn't thinking about what I wanted out of life. No moving forward, no purpose, no direction, just degeneration. Then I realized it was the consequence of my own choices that I ended like I did in the first place and only I could do something to change it.

I read journey section regularly every 2 or so weeks to see what others are doing, I have been doing it for several months, but thanks for suggestion.

You could teach people about safety in workplace, make a website and sell

At the beginin you can start to become a content writer because it is easy now

You look like a decent writer. Try content writing and copywriting. You can get some quick bucks with these. They will work well long term as well, but only if you're willing to put together a website consisting of 1000+ articles. If you find something interesting, study and write. Advertise yourself as a content writer and it's easy from there.
