Should i buy this website?

Hi everyone, so recently i came across a post on some other platform where a user is selling his adult blogpost website for around 1xx$
The domain name is good (short domain)
Domain was registered in 2017
DA 28 PA 28 DR 35
Website have only 10 blogposts.

I am not into SEO so i am not sure about the website if i should buy it or not. The domain looks pretty good in terms of metrics, i know metrics can be faked but i checked backlinks profile and they aren't from spammy websites. The deal looks too good to be true.

If it's worth it to you to gamble with that amount of money, go for it. You will surely learn some valuable lessons if nothing else. If the money is important to you, then I would just do a hard pass. 10 posts seems sus to me.

Don´t send the domain in a pm to anyone, if they think it is worth the cash, they might buy it before you if the figure out who the selling part is.

All those metrics are close to irrelevant.

You need to conduct a backlink audit and heavily focus on the relevance of those external links pointing to the site.

If that´s the case and the links are relevant to the nature of the site and you feel the domain name is something you can brand then go ahead and buy it.

Agreed. In fact if you're not going to buy the domain with the blog already generating income and/or traffic...

You should simply consider that as investment to speed up a little the whole process getting the website online and start ranking.

If it's only 1xx$ I'd personally say fuck it, but something that seems to be too good, usually ends up in bad.
