Hello Fellow Internet Marketers,

I'm encountering a problem getting through the Hotmail/Outlook spam filter.

I got a clean email address with correct SPF settings. A have good sender reputation and actually don't cold email from this domain. The email is hosted with Outlook 365. I can't think of any reason why Hotmail/Outlook would be sending my emails to spam other than the fact that I am in the insurance niche.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Is it going to spam when you send to the gmail address user?

Maybe your email content triggers their filters.

hotmail and outlook are the same.

their spam filter is more strict compared to the gmail

try diffferent template without links, promo

I have tried removing all links. Even simple communications with existing clients get flagged as spam. I know there is no free lunch. Anyone know of an consultation services in this matter?

I'm not familiar with office 365 to tell you exactly what do.

Verify your DNS records.

Warm-up your email accounts by sending hotmail/outlook emails, move them from spam to inbox, mark them as important.

Check and see if this happens when you use a different IP when you connect to your smtp/email.
At least cross this one off the list.

If that's not the issue, invest $10 in microworkers and have them whitelist the emails from you on outlook / hotmail.
Around 30-50 of them should do it.

Hm, I don't know really. Usually people hire someone on Upwork for this manner.
