I noticed something, something of a trend.
Pages with such vague topics I think facebook believe cannot be owned or be fan pages for a website, person or company... and sometimes just disable publishing on them. It is something I have found with most pages I have seen disabled.

Alright guys, it turns out that I may have received the "Verification Email" from Facebook, but was unable to acess the email they had sent it too.
As a result, the 3 weeks passed, and they blocked my publishing rights.
I am now going through this page and completing it as required and hopefully I will regain publishing rights.

I'm not sure when I received it, all I know is I DID receive it (cause my publishing rights were blocked today). I never found the password to my email. I had to manually find the Fan Page Authentication page on Facebook.

Guys, any property that you build on facebook is owned wholly by facebook not you. The moment you forget that you're doomed!
I have only just started this fan page malarkey and it is obvious that you need to monetize early. Don't wait till a page hits 50K fans before you start making money off it.
Monetize early! How you do it is entirely up to you. It's a 'fools errand' to build up a page before you try to monetize IMO. Facebook is fickle and her chief goal is always to protect her users. If you think FB doesn't monitor the activity of us marketers you are sadly mistaken. I believe 70% of facebook updates are driven by the need to protect it's users against spammers(marketers). And yes I do believe most social networks see marketers as spammers. That is precisely why fan pages in their current incarnation won't stay that way for long.
So, do yourselves a favour and monetize early!

I don't agree, to be honest. Facebook won't delete your Page randomly. I feel that its better to keep the page clean of any monetization for the first few weeks. If you start monetizing early, the fans will quickly catch onto why you've made the page - to make money.
