It has 25 referring domains and 3k backlinks, that's how.
Bro i only paid 16$ for the domain and 14$ for the registration for this year. So i think it’s worth it.

Absolutely irrelevant. If a domain have a sitewide link from BBC (around 37 million indexed pages) is it "spam"?

You'll want to see if you can get some of those backlinks removed to even out that referring domains to backlinks ratio.
That screams spam domain. It has 2900 backlinks from 25 domains. That means it has roughly 116 backlinks on each domain. That's probably not the exact math and that's worse.
That's not irrelevant. A large, authoritative website like BBC isn't particularly relevant here as that's a brand with multiple divisions.
That's like saying don't worry about on-page SEO because Gucci's website doesn't.
You want a good ratio of ref domains to backlinks. If this ratio didn't matter, spamming would still be kind.

Damn WTF with this nonsense about the number of the backlinks? Its completely irrelevant "metric". Go check ANY top website, and I mean ANY and see what this ratio is for fuck sake.

Because we're not talking about "top" websites that get hundreds upon hundreds of backlinks given to them by smaller websites on a daily basis.
Let's compare using your logic:
Now, let's look at BBC:
With this ratio, BBC.com is getting 151 backlinks per website. Probably not the exact number, but you understand. BBC.com was registered in 1989.
Do you see how their organic traffic, keywords, and countries of reference coincide with their ref domain/backlinks ratio? It's somewhat different for larger, more established websites.
A somewhat new domain is getting referenced online 100s of times by under 100 websites doesn't scream spam?

Seriously I am dumbfounded. I rank websites in the hardest niches (gambling and finance) and sitewide links cost an arm and a leg, still everyone is trying to get them because they work and are the best. Then come someone who hasn't ranked an website in his life, telling me how a domain is spam because such links. But hey lets check the hardest SERP on Earth:

What a surprise the top result have 10 000 backlinks per referring domain at average. Why? Because they spend tens if not hundreds of thousands per year for such links:
Obviously the guys that are making literally millions per month, ranking for the hardest keywords, have no idea what they are doing. Pure luck. I did not say BBC only. Go check ANY hard SERPs and see at domain levels if there is a single website with your dreamed ratio.

Where did I offended you exactly? I simply made an educated guess, judging by the level of your SEO knowledge, that's all. Also do not change the subject - go check the hardest SERPs, find your dream ratio, prove your point, before confusing the new members with non-sense.

It's not "my" dream ratio. It's common SEO knowledge to want a good ratio in that category starting out. You'll want to have as many referring domains as possible. As many sites linking back to your homepage/inner pages as possible.
I'm not even claiming any specific ratio. I'm saying that newer websites should have a good ratio
I took a look at the top betting site that you had outlined in red:
This site has been in the game for 5 years and it took them 2 1/2 years to get on the map. Look at that traffic. Traffic is/was a large factor in where they are now.
In time maybe that ratio doesn't matter, but it does within the first year or so.
