You can use other forms of marketing then, whether it be paid or not, although you’re better off going paid but making sure you’re going for quality marketing - being able to drive organic traffic. But My vote goes to reddit

I've seen hundreds of fake accounts on instagram that go post comments on fitness pages, with hot photos, and they are usually an IG page with 9 posts, and link in bio for their OF. Must be working since they have been doing it for months across hundreds of accounts.
