I don't think Google will reject a PAA site just because someone is targeting one type of content.

I think de-indexing a PAA site and monetizing a PAA site are two different things. I have seen a mix of affiliate/PAA sites also getting de-indexed, even my e-commerce website with blog content got de-indexed. It's just random.

Agree. All we do is to create dozens of websites like this. The more, the better chance.

You can get approved with just pure PAA

adsense can work, it depends how you structure the site. otherwise if you get enough views then mediavine.

Good to know that, I am also starting PAA sites will keep these options when my sites start to get traffic. I already have AdSense that I am using on my other websites but I am a bit hesitant using it on PAA sites.
