I didn't want to respond to this initially, but I can't just let go of it. I am not a porn addict like you, nor looking around for cheap software all over the internet.

If you don't have a wise thing to say next time, it is better to keep your mouth shut.
 
In future reference I'd just suggest getting a hardware wallet (Trezor, Ledger, etc) so this won't happen at all. Sorry for your loss.

It could help in economies where the inflation is even higher. Take for example Sri lanka. Keeping money in USD (or crypto pegged to USD) could help the normal citizens keeping their savings value intact. Not sure whether it’s legal to do so there… but theoretically speaking.
 
If you're not in debt you're still doing better than most of population
