need help with setting up anime streaming site

so i've managed to get it working by using inspect element on someone else's anime site right, but whenever I did inspect element on their site they had 4 links.
i can only post one video at a time.
i need it to look like this (check the attached pic)
also, whenever I'm on my site, and I try watching it shows random ads, are they his or someone else's? is that normal?
the main link, whenever I try to iframe it and put it on my site it shows an error but if I take one server link at a time its all good.
do I need to sign up somewhere to get my own affiliate link or do all the competitors just take links off each other sites?

The ads would be theirs, and competitors usually have a centralized program that would feed streaming links that can be iframed to every episode page.

Try it with a wordpress theme. Jojo themes is the best
