Facebook Accounts - Verifiy ID for Ads

Hello guys,
i am into running ads for 2 years now and currently i am facing a lot of issues on facebook, cannot really run my ads.

Will it work when i create new Facebook Accounts and send in real Persons's IDs?

Also when the person already has an facebook account with same data but withotu id, will mine then work?

Need to send in ID on facebook.com/ID before running ads. These accounts are nearly bullet proof, my friends also use these and they NEVER had bans before, meanwhile i got banned at least 20 accounts this year lmao.

sure that a verified profile is better. But Facebook ads need many elements to run smoothly. Strong profile ID, good ad account (better have spent before), reliable fan page, clean domain (or cloak it if it's BH)

Facebook support is not responsive. How do you want to convince them?

I have had mine banned for many and I think the most important thing in running facebook ads is being compliant.
of course prerequisite is to get your account verified. There are many hidden rules in running facebook ads and I think you should collect these rules and compare against your ads before submitting them.
