Safely Find Unfollowers

Are there any methods / apps left that can safely find who doesn’t follow you back?

I don’t even need it to unfollow, just provide a list of usernames without making Instagram mad.

Followmeter on iOS lets you do this, theres apps that do the same on android as well, dont know the names on the top of my head.

Apps will block you, But there's one safe method you can do without risking your account :

1.Use a scraper to scrape followers and followings both of your account.
2.Add the lists into an excel file and compare both of them.
3.The matching ones in both the lists are those who you follow as well as they follow you.
4.The unmatched ones are those who don't follow you, But note that there might be celebs, stars etc as well in the unmatched list but you can identify them and a little bit of manual checking would be needed to list those out.

There are too many apps that do give this service. Mostly they are safe but they take your information and use it for their own needs. For example sending likes/following people they use your account. If you are okay with it you can just choose whatever you want

That kind of apps are not safe. They are using your information for their needs. If you ever use them change your password after your job is done. Otherwise can use your instagram for bot likes and follows
