Hi,
Does anyone use cpahub.io ?
are they legit ?
I have signed up and started promoting cpl offers..
I submitted a ticket over a week ago ..but they dont repsond, I have been writing them on skype... no respond
the Facebook page looks kind of dead

I'm no expert by any means but I just checked their facebook page, and as you said it looks dead (last post was in 2020) also they haven't even updated their copyright in 2022, if you scroll down to the bottom of the site it says 2021.
But then again, I may be wrong because I'm a newbie to internet marketing and all...

OP. These are all signs of a not working service, I would stay away from it, focus your effort on some other active CPA website.
