Not sure if you have used seo minion properly but i believe it does scrap the questions and the answers.

Have you checked your output file? You don't need any manual action.

It scraps question and provides a csv file to download the questions. Not the answers or snippets

Install the plugin. Search any queries in google. Then select seo minion scraping option

SEO minion is good but it freezes the browser and takes long time to scrape. I have tried and it's ok to use it but investing in a software that can post and rewrite is much faster here.

There's no plugins to do that IMO. Python is the way
